My client, based in Welwyn Garden City, are looking for an Administrator to join their team. They are known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction and take pride in their high-quality products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the post-project care for clients, ensuring seamless communication between developers, representatives, and customers.

* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.

* Utilise CRM system to meticulously log job details, schedule appointments, and track progress, ensuring efficient organisation and communication.

* Work closely with engineers to ensure timely completion of job requests, effectively coordinating efforts and addressing any challenges.

* Provide comprehensive reports to developers at the conclusion of each job, outlining outcomes, addressing any feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

* Manage customer care calls, respond to emails, and address occasional website queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

* Contribute to the overall administrative functions of the team, including ad hoc tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

* High attention to detail and accuracy when completing work

* Competent in Word, Outlook and Excel

* Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
