Key Responsibilities

Facilities Administration
  • Upload meter readings to utility portals
  • Liaise with contractor service providers for PPM/callout visits
  • Perform weekly fire alarm testing
Other Administrative Duties
  • Manage incoming post and circulate to relevant internal recipients
  • Order stationery and office supplies
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in fleet/facilities administration an advantage
  • Higher education qualification to degree level preferred
