Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Coordinate with the operations team to arrange vehicle servicing
- Update insurers with new vehicle information and MID details
- Manage congestion charge and dart charge accounts
- Log and communicate PCNs to company vehicle drivers
- Liaise with the Admin Manager to deduct PCN payments from payroll
- Ensure licence information is up-to-date and compliant with insurance terms
- Upload meter readings to utility portals
- Liaise with contractor service providers for PPM/callout visits
- Perform weekly fire alarm testing
- Manage incoming post and circulate to relevant internal recipients
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in fleet/facilities administration an advantage
- Higher education qualification to degree level preferred
- Workplace NEST Pension Scheme
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company death in service insurance and annual health assessment
