Office Administrator Role

The Office Administrator is a key member of the Mission 4 Recruitment Ltd team, providing administrative and communication support to the Management, Admin, Operation, and Technical Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Administration:
    • Maintain accurate vehicle logs for servicing and repairs
    • Coordinate vehicle servicing with the Operations Team
    • Update insurers with new vehicle and returned vehicle details
    • Manage congestion charge and dart charge accounts
    • Log and communicate PCNs to company vehicle drivers
    • Liaise with the Admin Manager to deduct PCNs from payroll
    • Ensure licence information is up-to-date and compliant with insurance terms
  • Facilities Administration:
    • Upload meter readings to utility portals
    • Liaise with contractor service providers for PPM and callout visits
    • Conduct weekly fire alarm testing

Additional Administrative Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
