SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Tulse Hill, SE27

Salary: OTE: £50k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking to progress their career in estate agency to join a well-established estate agent.

You will need have a great track record in residential Lettings, you will need to be driven, proactive, have a real passion for property and strive to deliver a first class experience for the clients.  In return you will receive a competitive salary package and future potential.

Skills: The skills required for this Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Experience in residential lettings
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Tulse Hill and surrounding areas would be helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
