Job Overview

The Lettings Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of property lettings, valuations, and bringing on new landlords and registering new applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Lettings department.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and current legislation.
  • Secure new business opportunities.
  • Schedule property viewings and register applicants.
  • Offer exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Achieve personal and branch targets.
  • Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator/Manager level.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.
