About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our estate agency, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property viewings and negotiations, aiming to maximize income through various real estate services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seek out new listing opportunities to expand our portfolio
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Enhance branch revenue by cross-selling services such as mortgages and insurance
  • Consistently deliver superior customer service to build strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role
  • Relevant experience and qualifications in the real estate industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
