The successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter who is motivated and able to deliver an effective, customer focussed approach to applicants in their rental search.  You will be an individual who has a complete understanding of the lettings process, be creative, hungry, well presented, well-spoken and self-motivated - and able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Registering applicants and recording detailed search criteria
Responding to tenant inquiries and viewing requests
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Securing offers and negotiating to achieve best offers
Booking property valuations and answering general enquiries from potential clients
Driving business forward and hitting targets
Managing expectations from client Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels via telephone, letter, email and in person
Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritising skills
Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasks to meet strict deadlines
Outstanding attention to details
Being able to work on own initiative
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office package and general office skills
Previous property experience as a Lettings Negotiator or above required
Must be highly driven and motivated
Must have a clean driving licence
