Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

As a Claims Validator, you will have the opportunity to join their established team and play a crucial role in reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work.

About The Job:

As a Claims Validator, you will work closely with a network of Restoration specialists, local suppliers, and clients to assess and validate claims. You will liaise with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work, ensuring repair schedules are efficient and aligned with client requirements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills will be key in successfully reconciling costs and claim coverage.

What you'll be doing:

Building relationships with a network of suppliers
Ensuring effective communication between all key stakeholders
Validating costs and claim coverage
Reconciling work carried out
Adhering to service levels and client philosophies
Liaising with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work
Navigating roadblocks to reach an agreement on scope of worksBeneficial skills:

Negotiation skills and a natural talent for connecting with people
Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Attention to detail and investigative qualitiesPrevious experience validating claims or strong insurance experience is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your natural attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
