Loss Adjuster

Downtown Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Loss Adjuster to join our client's team in Aylesbury. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted work from our client's network of specialists.

Your primary objectives will include building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring communication between stakeholders, validation of costs and claim coverage, and reconciling work carried out. You will also be expected to apply client philosophies to work schedules and ensure service levels are adhered to.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong negotiation skills, a talent for connecting with people, and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively. Previous experience in validating claims, insurance experience, or experience in the drying industry is beneficial but not essential.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

Salary: £22,500 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a bonus scheme.
