Practice Improvement Lead

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Practice Improvement Lead to join a Local Authority in the Wiltshire area on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Council as a Children’s Services Practice Improvement Lead; your role will be to:
Focus on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of social work practices within Children Services.
Overseeing project management and new initiatives put in place – monitoring effectiveness.
Developing training programmes and delivering these.
Working closely with other professionals within the Council.
Supporting the implementation of best practices and evidence-based approaches in social work.
Conducting Quality Assurance activities to ensure that social work practices meet the required standards and deliver high-quality care.Essentials:
A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have significant experience of working within Children Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Improvement/ Quality Assurance/ Consulting role.
Registered to Social Work England.
