About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Wiltshire, seeking an experienced Manufacturing Business Improvement Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Business Improvement Manager to oversee the responsibilities of manufacturing, planning, and other areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement activities within a manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the responsibilities of manufacturing, planning, and other areas.
  • Drive an attitude of continuous improvement activities within the business.
  • Consider profit and losses while driving continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure KPI's are met.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree with time served as a Manager.
  • Previous experience working as a Manufacturing, Production, Operations or similar Manager title within manufacturing.
  • Proven experience of improvements made within a manufacturing business.
  • Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience within electro-mechanical assembly manufacturing industry - Advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
