As a Manufacturing Operative, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into finished goods while ensuring component flow. You will perform changeovers and setups according to production schedules, conduct quality checks based on established processes, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhere to EH&S policies and procedures.

You will work within a team performing production stages defined by Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, General Standards, and Company Procedures. Key responsibilities include working to a manufacturing schedule, notifying supervision of any issues, preparing and completing documentation accurately and timely, reporting deviations to supervision, and assisting in resolving non-compliances.

We strive for continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and quality within the department. You will also participate in internal and external training programs and remain aware of sources of waste impacting the business.

In this role, you will work in a safe manner and follow all health and safety guidelines. We encourage personal growth and development through designated training and updates to General Standards.
