Job Description

We are looking for an Engineering Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and qualifying tooling and processes to meet TE quality and production standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support Product Development in the optimization of designs and piece parts for manufacturability, analyze Product Requirement specifications to determine best manufacturing routing in Operations, and perform engineering calculations with respect to material properties, speeds, horsepower, temperature, pressure, force, etc.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in various engineering fields relating to manufacturing, new product and process development, automation, and equipment design, as well as a BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field with a focus on process equipment design and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and qualify tooling and processes to meet TE quality and production standards.
  • Support Product Development in the optimization of designs and piece parts for manufacturability.
  • Analyze Product Requirement specifications to determine best manufacturing routing in Operations.
