Key Responsibilities:
As our Service Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clients Service Direct Office.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Service Direct Office to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Leading, managing, and supporting a skilled team to achieve operational excellence.
Optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and overall team performance.
Delivering high levels of customer service and maintaining client relationships.
Achieve budget &Maximise profitability
Recruitment of new and existing roles
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience as a Service Manager within the heavy plant, agricultural, automotive sector or similar.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a service team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to improving service levels.
Benefits:

Competitive Salary: £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum
Holiday Allowance: 22 days, plus an additional day for your birthday after 1 year, and an extra day after 5 years of service, up to a maximum of 26 days after 15 years of service. 8 Bank Holidays.
Pension: Scottish Widows Pension (Company contribution 4%, Employee contribution 5%)
Death in Service Benefit: 3x annual salaryINDHP
