We are seeking a Office Administrator to join us at our Farnham Office. The Office Administrator is an integral member of the Executive Search teams, and your mission is to aid and support the client services and delivery function on all administrative support.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Job advert creation.
- Developing talent pools and prospect target lists.
- Creating Market trends / reporting - gathering information and market intelligence for sales and research teams.
- Supporting Client Services with Pre-pitch insights.
- Complete responsibility for compliance across the CRM.
**Skills and Behaviours**:
- Strong internal relationship builder.
- Excellent IT Skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Well organised, ability to multi-task and execute on time and in full.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
- Previous administration, project management or office management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientated with a proactive mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
