ADMINISTRATOR***
We are delighted to be recruiting an efficient office-based Administrator with good IT skills to join a small friendly team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the team, suppliers, clients and engineers assisting with a range of administrative tasks to aid the smooth running of the office. Our client is looking for someone who is seeking a long term position where they can become a vital source of support for the team. You will need to be well-presented with a friendly and professional telephone manner, reliable and have a 'can do' approach. Previous office administrative experience essential.
Salary £28-32K depending on experience
Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,

Professionally manage in-coming calls, take accurate messages
Meet & greet visitors, provide refreshments and passes as required
Manage the meeting room bookings where required
Managing the workforce planner, assist in coordinating site staff
Accurately updating the company database
Managing customer orders and updates
Assist with a variety of documentation preparation i.e contract reviews, site risk assessments etcThe ideal Administrator will need the following,

Previous experience within a similar office administrative role
Confident computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Be well-presented with professional verbal/written communication skills
Excellent time management skills essential
Full UK driving licence required, free on-site parkingThis Administrator role would suit a professional, self-motivated, proactive, flexible person who enjoys a varied role where they are supporting the wider team.
Hours are 8am-5pm, 40 hours paid a week with 1 hour lunch break
