**SHIPPING ADMINISTRATOR**
Due to an significant increase in new business our Farnham based clients have an opening for skilled Shipping Administrator who prides themselves on their high levels of accuracy to assist in the smooth running of their office. With strong links to South Africathis is a business that prides themselves on giving a 1st class service to their customers some of which they have been dealing with for over 30 years.
As the Shipping Administrator you will take sole responsibility of the European container side of the business ensuring the product gets to the final customer within the expected lead times.
Salary £25K + private health care, generous holiday allowance and free on-site parking
Key responsibilities for the Shipping Administrator include;
- Tracking shipments, liaising with South Africa
- Updating customers with the order progress
- Deal with all the necessary shipping documentation
- Acknowledging and invoicing orders

The ideal Shipping Administrator will need the following;
- Previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment essential
- Being a customer facing role confident and professional verbal/written communications are needed
- Experience of dealing with South Africa based customers advantageous
- The ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail is a must
- Confident MS Office skills required, full training given on the in-house ERP system
- A flexible approach to assist in other areas as required

Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
