Artorius Faber is a dynamic and growing company specializing in natural stone. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop by managing paperwork, stock control, data capture, and monitoring project performance to help us maintain our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team with administrative tasks, including reporting and data entry.
Oversee stock control, including monitoring inventory levels and tracking usage.
Track production progress and assist in coordinating workflow.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to production, safety, and compliance.
About You:

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, ideally within a workshop or manufacturing setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to leverage technology for efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Proactive problem-solver with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic workshop environment.
