Stock Control Administrator

**STOCK CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR**
My client, Freshstores, a very successful, long established, family business which is the licensed operator of 16 Cadbury Outlet shops across the UK based in Yeovil, are looking to recruit a Stock Control Administrator to join our team in our Yeovil office on a full time and permanent basis. The role is based permanently in the office and there is no work from home alternative.
**Main Duties**
- Daily data entry and processing using Excel.
- Importing data into Sage accounting software.
- Coordinate all shop transfer requests within our business
- Supporting the teams in each shop with stock replenishment.
- Ability to liaise with other staff members to resolve problems.
- Support shop managers, ensuring each shop stock profile is up to date and maintained.
- Maintenance of electronic filing systems.
- Any other duties as required to assist the finance manager.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail is required at all times.
- Good computer literacy is essential, particularly proficiency with Excel and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Motivated and self sufficient
- Ability to prioritise workload with good time management
Experience with Sage accounting software and within an accounts department is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided for our existing software package and a full understanding of the daily activities of the stock team.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
