Job Description:
* Meeting and greeting customers in the Front Office
* Answering customer quote e-mail enquiries for repair work
* Answering general enquiries by phone
* Booking in products into the company ticketing system
* Processing work to the carbon and restoration teams
* Preparing products for return shipping
* Moving products to different departments and shipping boxes
Person Specifications:
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills is essential
* Experience of office or light industrial work
* Love of cycling and or knowledge of the bike trade ideal but not essential
* Ability to be articulate and unflustered in front of customers
* Sound numeracy and literacy skills
* Competent with computers, e mail, spreadsheets, images etc (Microsoft Office and Email)
* Punctuality and attention to detail
* Knowledge and or interest in Social Media projects for Company promotion would be ideal but not required
Additional Information:
* Based in Leatherhead
* £25,000, dependant on experience and qualifications
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
