A renowned Exhibition organiser in London is looking for a talented Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for one of their flagship European shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Take ownership of a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on 60% digital marketing and 40% traditional marketing.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 Senior Marketing Managers, including hiring, training, and, if necessary, managing out team members.

Project Management & Analytics: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring effective data-driven decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Best Practice Implementation: Drive marketing best practices to elevate campaign delivery and brand positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
8-12 years’ experience in B2B Exhibitions or Conferences marketing, with 4-5 years’ people management experience.
Proven skills in both digital and traditional marketing techniques.
Strong project management skills, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
