Our marketing team is looking for a Head of SEO to lead on our SEO efforts across the UK and our EU markets. This will create and own our SEO content and technical strategy and be accountable to delivering a clear revenue target. In order to deliver it you will need to lead and guide a squad from marketing, product, and the tech team to action the plan. The person for this role will need to be commercially focused, with a proven track record of delivering revenue.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Define and deliver our company SEO strategy across both our UK and EU developing a clear vision for the next 2-3 years
- Manage our keyword research and competitor analysis to build a highly prioritised roadmap that helps unlock the biggest revenue opportunities first
- Working closely with the product team to invest in the right technical areas of the site to help improve site performance, this includes things like audits, and working out new components and elements for our site CMS
- Create a clear content strategy for our marketing content team and communications team to ensure that the content we are creating, and sites we are targeting, are relevant to support our rankings
- Reporting back to the wider business and stakeholders of our progress on SEO and update on expected impact on the topline

**Skills and experience we think will help you be successful in the role**:

- Experience with direct-to-consumer tech businesses
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and previous experience with key SEO tools
- Collaborative and influential, you can gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across technology and business operations
- Highly commercial, are able to measure and understand the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generation
- We have offices in both Cape Town and London and are open as to which office this role will be based from but please note this is not a remote role and applicants must be based in either Cape Town or London and able to commute regularly to the relevant office
