**What the Talent Acquisition Exec will be doing?**
The Talent Acquisition Exec position is a key role within the organisation playing an instrumental role in the support and delivery of key retail and brand activation projects. This is a very fast-paced and multi-faceted role within a growing and evolving company.
A large part of the role will require recruitment. Every new store and brand activation will require a new team and you be responsible for attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding of our key people
- Planning and coordinating large field-based marketing campaigns
- Creating briefing materials to set our teams up to succeed
- Arranging and conducting first-stage interviews
- HR Admin / Onboarding / Reporting
- Payroll support
- Record keeping for various budgets
- Day-to-day retail operations support for the dept
