We, Horizongloble, are a retail and wholesale distribution company that specialises in beauty products. We are now looking to expand our business by supplying high-quality vape products to convenience stores, off-license shops, and neighbourhood shops across the UK. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our operations in Manchester, and are seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be on the frontline, representing the brand and driving sales in the rapidly growing vape industry. You will visit vape shops, convenience stores, and other retailers daily, building strong relationships and increasing product sales across your territory. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for vaping and a talent for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Visit convenience stores, off-license shops and neighbourhood shops daily, actively promoting and selling our extensive range of vaping products.
* Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with retail customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
* Product Demonstrations: Showcase new products and explain their features and benefits to store managers and buyers.
* Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
* Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Territory Management: Plan and execute daily sales visits within your designated region, optimising your route for maximum customer reach.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on vaping industry trends, new products, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
* Post-Sales Service: Provide follow-up support to ensure customers are satisfied and handle any issues related to orders or products.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the vaping, FMCG, or retail sectors, or willingness to rapidly learn.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Solid knowledge of the vaping industry and its products, or willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Language: English (essential), Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi (optional).
* Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Full UK Driving Licence is required for travel to customer locations (for part time roles, driving licence is optional).
* Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
Locations: Manchester/Greater Manchester - You will be on the road 90% of the time
Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Flexible, occasional weekend availability, Part time (pay will be different and based on targets, though it will be generous)
Travel: This role requires frequent visits to clients, and you will be driving to various locations
