Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Bolton, on-site with site travel
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience

Our client is a leading provider of dental services, offering comprehensive solutions to NHS, independent clinics, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a proactive, driven, and dynamic Business Development Manager to help secure new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote our client's services to dentists, business owners, and key stakeholders across the dental and healthcare sectors.
Act as an Account Manager, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong client relationships.
Drive new business growth by generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals with both new and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the dental sector and understand the needs of different clients, including NHS, private practices, teaching hospitals, and the Ministry of Defence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued service excellence.
Provide regular business development reports and updates to senior management.What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the dental or healthcare sectors.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on both acquisition and retention.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Experience in managing accounts and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
Knowledge of the dental industry and experience working with NHS, private clinics, or other healthcare providers is highly desirable.
