Join Minerva Nursing as a Domiciliary Carer
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? Minerva Nursing is recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals returning home from the hospital or to help them avoid admissions. You'll provide high-quality, person-centered care that empowers our service users to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver compassionate, tailored care based on each individual’s needs and lifestyle.
* Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and medication monitoring.
* Help with daily tasks, including meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.
* Support mobility and manual handling, using necessary equipment.
* Promote health, well-being, and independence, enabling service users to live life to the fullest.
* Work flexible shifts, including alternate weekends, to fit your schedule.

* Excellent communication, and listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with service users.
* Previous experience in a care environment is desirable but not essential.
