Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Overnight Carers to join our team. The role will be to

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overnight care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or client needs.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other care team members.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to provide person-centred care with empathy and respect
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
