Regional Finance Business Partner - Home Based
Fresh People are currently looking to recruit a CIMA or ACCA qualified Regional Finance Business Partner for a Fresh Produce Food Service division responsible for 4 sites within the SW Region In this role you will be respinsible for supporting the branches business performance , providing commercial analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for each business . Supported by a centralised accounts team
The Person
Suitable candidates would ideally be 2 years CIMA or ACCA post qualified . Experience gained within Fresh Produce, FMCG or Logistics Industries with multi-site experience in a product led environment as you will be required to lead process improvements and change management , preferably with system development & implementation skills
Role Responsibilities
* As a FBP provide support to the Branch Managers of each site within your remit delivering timely financial information along with analysis and commentary for stakeholders
* Provide weekly and monthly P&L reporting, Monthly and quarterly forecasts, Annual budgets, Variance analysis & KPI’s & Benchmarking
* Provide commercial support to the Branch Managers focusing on business performance variances, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure branches can deliver against targets
* Develop the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs report this to the Branch Managers and Divisional Team
* Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
* Production of the internal Monthly Reporting pack and participation in the Monthly Review Meeting
* Overall responsibility to produce the monthly Management Accounts and all central reporting working in collaboration with the central finance team
* Production and evaluation of business cases including capital expenditure proposals
* Ensure that strong financial controls are in place across all branches
* Support the Financial Controller as required through analysis and project activity
