Job Title: Service Desk Administrator

Location: Preston

Remuneration: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Service Team, assisting in the coordination of field engineers' schedules.
Keep our customers informed by booking engineers on site and providing regular updates.
Process subcontractor paperwork to ensure smooth project execution.
Generate invoices for completed work, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Utilise Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Word, to support administrative tasks.
Collaborate effectively within the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and goals.
Take ownership of your workload and contribute to the collective success of the team.
Approach tasks and people with a positive attitude, contributing to a cheerful and productive work atmosphere.
Problem-solve with the support of your team, utilising their expertise and resources.
Embrace a continuous learning mindset, adapting and acquiring new skills as needed.
Uphold ethical standards and foster a culture of inclusion within the organisation.
