Lead Salesforce Developer

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Salesforce professional to join a dynamic team as a Lead Salesforce Developer, focusing on driving innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a Salesforce team, facilitating technical discussions and setting strategic direction.
Ensure operational and application security within Salesforce applications.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Utilize Apex programming and various Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Analyze and optimize business processes through technology integration, guiding colleagues and clients in implementing Salesforce solutions.
Oversee the entire systems delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and mentoring team members.
In-depth knowledge of operational security and Salesforce data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
Extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration, particularly in large-scale deployments.Desirable Skills:

Background in Salesforce consultancy and experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with financial management platforms.
Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud.
