Salary: Starting at £23,000 increasing to £25,000 with role progression plus £1,200 performance based bonus
Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns: between 9am to 8pm, Mon-Fri, and Saturdays and Sundays 9am-6pm. 5 on 2 off
Holidays: 21 days’ holidays (increases to 23 days after 12 months’ service) + bank holidays.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisors to join our Back Office and DIY team here in Newcastle. You will be working as part of a big diverse team.
Role Duties:
Provide excellent customer experience troubleshooting technical issues within our busy outbound team whilst also helping with the ‘do it yourself’ project.
Monitoring, remotely, our customers’ alarm security systems and highlighting and resolving any system malfunctions.
Contacting customers for troubleshooting and seeking to resolve any issues.
Book services with the field services required.
Handle incoming customer queries to help with battery changes etc.
Assist with customer moves and take overs of the system.
Assist with back-office tasks (star keys, remotes and administration).
Some inbound calls to help with the wider operation.
Skills & Experience:
6-12 months’ experience in customer service / call centre environment.
Customer oriented, genuine passionate about customers' security and safety.
Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality.
Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude.
Strong computer and MS office skills (Excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar).
Hard working and willing to embrace new opportunities in the short and long term.
