We are looking for dedicated HCPC Registered Psychologists to join a committed team in Norwich, delivering high-quality psychological assessments, therapies, and interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide impactful mental health services to a diverse client population.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Conducting thorough psychological assessments for clients across a range of presenting issues, utilising evidence-based tools and methodologies.

* Providing individual and group therapy, drawing on a range of psychological models and tailored to client needs.

* Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualised treatment plans, collaborating with clients to ensure effective outcomes.

* Working closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.

* Participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to client-centred treatment planning.

* Engaging and building rapport with clients, delivering care with empathy, respect, and professionalism.

* Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers where appropriate, ensuring they are informed and involved in the therapeutic process.

* Maintaining accurate, timely, and detailed clinical records in compliance with HCPC and organisational guidelines.

* Preparing reports, case summaries, and other documentation to support client care, discharge planning, and transitions.

Requirements:

* Must be a registered Psychologist.

* HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.

* Experience working in a clinical setting with a range of psychological disorders.

* Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based psychological therapies.

* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and families effectively.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage caseloads and maintain documentation.

* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.

* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
