This field-based role will see you working closely with a high-performing sales team, focused on boosting our market share and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits across the UK to understand business needs, present cutting-edge payment solutions, and close deals.
  • Sales Development: Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and nurture new business opportunities, moving prospects efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Use cold calling and other innovative techniques to generate leads, set appointments, and secure new business.
  • Market Insights: Perform thorough market analysis to track trends, assess competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Partner with the sales team to develop and implement robust strategies that cater to the needs of diverse regional markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £120,000 Y1 for top performers, with uncapped commission potential.
  • Company Car: Choice of a fully expensed company car or car allowance of £600 per month.
