Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £120,000 Y1 for top performers, with uncapped commission potential.
- Company Car: Choice of a fully expensed company car or car allowance of £600 per month.
- Benefits Package: Includes pension, healthcare, and ample opportunities for professional development.
