Role Overview


Are you a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager? Are you looking to join a global services business based in Bristol? The Key Account Manager role will focus on retaining and developing existing customers across the UK while seeking new business opportunities. However, the role will also have a close focus on developing and launching new logistical and operational services.

We are working with a leading global organisation specialising in comprehensive vehicle logistics services. Their portfolio includes a wide range of logistical and operational solutions designed to meet the needs of client nationwide. They are dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including service level agreements (SLAs), commercial pricing, and negotiations.
  • Develop customer accounts with a focus on cost efficiency and manage tender processes.
  • Contribute to budgeting and margin analysis in conjunction with relevant departments and colleagues.
  • Monitor the implementation of services according to specifications and develop KPI coordination within internal departments.
  • Coordinate sub-contractor activities, including commercial proposals and negotiations.
  • Construct and assist with the sales pricing for UK services.
  • Manage tariff developments, including fuel, revisions, and new cost elements.
  • Construct and manage the UK Development Budget in collaboration with the Head of Sales and other department leads.
  • Participate in UK activity tenders and contribute to the development of internal data sharing and reporting of commercial activities.
  • Implement competitive intelligence on the logistics market and identify potential markets and new products.
  • Develop promotional materials in conjunction with UK personnel and the Group Marketing Manager.

What’s on offer?


  • A basic salary between £45,000 and £55,000 DOE
