Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at The Growth Consultants. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including service level agreements (SLAs), commercial pricing, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  • Develop customer accounts with a focus on cost efficiency and manage tender processes
  • Contribute to budgeting and margin analysis in conjunction with relevant departments and colleagues
  • Monitor the implementation of services according to specifications and develop KPI coordination within internal departments
  • Coordinate sub-contractor activities, including commercial proposals and negotiations
  • Construct and assist with the sales pricing for UK services
  • Construct and manage the UK Development Budget in collaboration with the Head of Sales and other department leads
  • Participate in UK activity tenders and contribute to the development of internal data sharing and reporting of commercial activities
  • Implement competitive intelligence on the logistics market and identify potential markets and new products

Requirements:

  • Experience working closely with customers to deliver service-driven solutions
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a sales or commercial management role within the services sector
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and margin analysis
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with competitive market analysis
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
