Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ordering IT equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts, ensuring timely renewal and termination as required.
  • Coordinate the ordering of IT equipment across the Trust, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure continuity of service and resolve any contractual issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software applications such as Eprocurement and Efinancials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
