About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Restaurants department at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests by nurturing, training, and coaching a fun-filled team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive standards and excellence in guest service
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled individuals to support other areas of the business based on guest demand
  • Analyse KPIs and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins
  • Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in a busy environment
  • Drive consistent brand standards while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently
About You

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food and beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly.

You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, supporting people through regular 121s and coaching, and delivering an amazing experience to our guests. You should also have experience of managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes and adapting quickly to changing requirements.
