About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Restaurants department at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and leading a team of professionals to provide our guests with an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break. You'll be expected to drive standards, lead by example, and inspire others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests.

Key responsibilities will include analysing KPIs and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins, adhering to food safety and health & safety policies, and ensuring that our guest experience is always the top priority.

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly.

Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
