About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Restaurants department at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive standards and lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working
  • Analyse KPI's and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and health & safety policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead by example and inspire others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests
  • Support the team's development and career growth through regular 's and PDP discussions
About You

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly.

You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, and have experience of managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes, working with multi-skilled teams to support other areas of the business based on guest demand, and leading teams to success.

You should be able to demonstrate experience of managing performance, coaching team members, delivering team training, setting standards, and role modelling this behaviour, problem solving & feedback, and managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing requirements.
