About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Restaurants department at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and leading a team of professionals to provide our guests with an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break. You'll be expected to drive standards, lead by example, and inspire others to deliver outstanding experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and experiences
  • Managing rotas and staff schedules to meet fluctuating guest volumes
  • Collaborating with other departments to support the overall resort experience
  • Analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety policies

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, with strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and sometimes complaints directly.

As a passionate leader, you'll be expected to:

  • Develop and implement training programs to support team development
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the resort experience
