About the Role

We are seeking an Early Careers Advisor to join our dynamic HR team at DiverseJobsMatter, a leading law firm with a global reach. As an Early Careers Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our trainees, ensuring their development, growth, and talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee future trainee communications to ensure seamless onboarding and integration
  • Arrange integration events to foster a sense of community among trainees
  • Conduct regular progress chats to monitor trainee performance and provide support
  • Handle offer paperwork and Law Society registration processes to ensure compliance
  • Manage trainee ER issues, monitor trainee utilization, and ensure delivery of required training
  • Plan and execute the firm's Newly Qualified (NQ) processes to support trainee transition to qualified status
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence at senior levels
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively with HR and business partners
  • Tenacious and resilient approach to challenging issues, with dynamic problem-solving abilities
  • Project management skills and experience in planning and organizing multiple tasks
  • Background in HR within the legal sector is desirable, but not essential
