We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd. As an Insurance Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our business clients, working closely with them to understand their commercial insurance needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business clients, understanding their commercial insurance needs and providing expert advice to ensure their businesses are adequately protected.
  • Insurance Solutions: Design and implement customized insurance solutions for our clients, taking into account their unique business needs and risk profiles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
