About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Alcedo Selection Limited as an Area Sales Manager, working with a leading global business in the manufacturing sector. The company is a market leader in plastic and composite sheet products, with brands recognized worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies, aligning with orders and profitability, while guiding and leading sales negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with end-user customers and material fabricators, providing technical and commercial support.
  • Create brand value by securing successful specifications with customers, designers, and architects.
  • Train and support distributors through project management and product presentations.
  • Provide data and updates on planned activities, ensuring professional reporting through the CRM system.
  • Monitor competitors and distributors, providing market information and statistics as needed.
  • Contribute to promotional activities and participate in exhibition teams in Europe.
Requirements
  • Desirable knowledge of the UK display industry or experience working with branded internal decorative product solutions.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Established sales background with a target-driven approach.
  • Dynamic and outgoing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly professional, with strong commercial acumen and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Autonomous, well-disciplined, and self-motivated, with good organization and planning skills.
  • A strategic thinker, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a results-oriented approach.
  • A strong understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
