Location: Remote with UK based travel
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Performance Bonus
Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our ongoing growth and success by managing and developing sales within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales within your assigned territory, focusing on the current customer base and potential new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote awareness of the organisation and its products.
- Advise stockists and new customers on product displays and positioning.
- Follow up on customer requirements, maximising sales while adhering to procedures.
- Stay up to date with competitors, products, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team to generate and secure additional sales opportunities.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Previous sales experience, either internal or external.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Well-organised with good planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Ambitious and resilient
- Well-presented and professional.
