European Account Executive

About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities- Significant experience with Pure Player and Amazon, ideally in Europe, activation levers, product flow, and website/App performance optimization.
- Direct and hands-on sales experience in eCommerce within CPG, ideally in Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Beauty.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth - managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail media management.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
