Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager with a strong "hunter" mentality to drive sales and establish new client relationships in the clinical, R&D life science, and healthcare laboratory sectors.

This role is critical to our business growth and requires an individual with a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic plan to approach and win new accounts, focusing on lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures.
  2. Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services, identifying additional sales opportunities, and serving as the main point of contact.
  3. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Your Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Laboratory instrumentation, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a global sales or account management role, with a focus on B2B sales in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or laboratory sectors.
  • Proven track record as a "hunter," with demonstrated success in opening new accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel globally as required.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM software and Google Office Suite.
