Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a safe, secure, and warm environment for young children.
  • Working closely with the Head of Nursery and team to implement the EYFS and promote the welfare of children and young people.
  • Developing strong partnerships with parents/carers to understand their child's needs and interests.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Cache/NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Early years or equivalent.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • A perceptive, patient, and responsive nature, with good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
