We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a leading home-from-home Nursery near Stratford Upon Avon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to young children, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs are met.
About the Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone with a strong passion for childcare and education, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in pressurized situations.
Job Requirements:- Qualified Nursery Nurse or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
We offer a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive professional development opportunities, ongoing support and training, and the chance to work with a unique and high-quality nursery.
