Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Early Years Educator to join our team at Quinteducation in East London. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead activities that align with the National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Create a warm and welcoming learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results in inspections.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in childcare or early years (or equivalent).
  • Minimum one year of experience in the UK childcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
