Job Title: Museum Event Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the delivery of events at the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust. As a Museum Event Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, working closely with our team to provide an exceptional visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and staffing.
- Visitor Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage visitors and encourage participation in events.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the events team, including preparing event materials and managing event databases.
Requirements:
- Event Planning Skills: Proven experience in event planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with visitors, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve problems efficiently.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £31,000 per annum.
